This contemplative retreat offers the time and space to gently unfold ways to enrich and deepen our connections with self, instrument, music and Spirit, transforming these connections into a harmonious, nourishing and rich spiritual practice.

This retreat is for is for all music lovers (ages 18+), whether you consider yourself a musician or not. Enjoy time and space, with gentle guidance, to deepen your love of music and cherishing it as not only as simply a joy but also as a spiritual practice, deepening connection to music, self and Spirit.

This retreat is wonderful for whatever music experience level you’re at - casual music-lover or professional musician, no matter what music you enjoy playing, singing and/ore listening to. If you are an instrumentalist, please bring your own instrument, if possible and practical.

This retreat welcomes all people who seek respite and delight, offering a time of peace, discovery and creation; a beautiful retreat as the seasons dance from Spring into Summer.

Note: this is not a technique or repertoire workshop; this is a spiritual retreat.
