Martha Gallagher, The Blessing Woman

For over 40 years, I have been sharing my gifts and talents as a professional musician, through songs, stories and in-the-moment inspirations with a joie de vivre - on stage, on recordings, at spiritual centers, retreats and workshops.

The time of Covid isolation inspired me to reimagine how I could live my creative life and share my gifts. Drawing upon these and my life experiences in a new way, I transformed my work (work = love made visible) into that which also includes offering guidance in the gentle, joyful Art of Blessing creation, as well as mentoring support for those seeking to reconnect with their joy in life.

Connectivity of body, mind and Spirit through music, word, dance and creative arts are powerful core elements of this beautiful work and of my workshops.
